I had a tennis elbow injection from my GP and he recommended getting this type of support. It all looked a bit of a joke to me: a velcro strap with a bulge. How wrong was I. This is the greatest support I have ever had. My pain has now gone and if I have a twinge, one hour of the support and it is gone. Cannot praise this enough

If there was any pain in my arm, I just adjusted to position the pad over the muscle in line with the discomfort, and problem solved. Actually, having worn it every day at work for a few weeks, I find I'm forgetting to use it as much because I don't get the pain unless I'm doing a particularlly repetative task on CAD. I've had years of tennis elbow and golfers elbow because of using the mouse, and used numerous devices to try to help, and then I buy this little thing, and it's suddenly so much better. Very pleased with this!

What a difference this makes

BUT.... this product is worth every penny and I wouldn't be without it now. Having struggled with a shoulder injury for a while I was damaging my elbow trying to take pressure away from my shoulder. Now every time I play tennis I wear this and what a difference! Even when the injury to my elbow settles I think I will continue with this to avoid any future problems as it gives such excellent support and doesn't cut off your circulation like other products do! Just brilliant.

I have bought other Tennis Elbow Supports which really makes your arm sweaty, Im delighted to say as hot as its been the last few weeks, this does not make my arm sweat. I still have Tennis Elbow, but I will say it does ease the pain when I have it on

I've been suffering with tennis elbow for several weeks, like most people I had a lot of pain. Restricted movement, couldn't even lift the kettle! Put this on as soon as it arrived and wore until I went to bed. Brilliant- no pain! More movement, wish I had got it earlier it was my GP who recommended checking out Amazon. This is as it states non-sweat & hypo-allergenic, I suffer with urticaria and I have a very sensitive skin, I had to stop wearing my neoprene iPod arm band at the gym as after an hour as it gave me a painful rash. Whilst it never actually solved the problem of tennis elbow, whilst it was on, it helped with the pain.

I've seen people wearing it too low down there forearm, I wore it right on the tendon which was painful and like I say, when it was on, it helped with the pain.

It's got like a small metal bar in it and I assume it works by displacing the pain by applying pressure to the tendon.

To conclude, I'd definitely recommend this. im no fitness guru, but like to keep fit, can lift half decent weight in the gym so for your average guy or girl with tennis elbow, looking for a temporary pain relief, by it. It won't solve it or make the elbow better.
Ps - Mine was solved through cortisol injection, 7 months later, still no issue.
