Ordered this for my partner as he plays golf regularly, once a week, but for months has complained of his wrist hurting all the time, some times being quite in pain. He was about to play twice a week after retiring. He wears this most days, giving his wrist a break for 3 days out of 7, and within a few weeks said it really made a difference. His wrist didn't ache half as much and over time the pain has completely gone most days. He wears it every time when he plays golf. It's easy to wear, doesn't make him sweat or catch. He's very pleased with it.
I have rsi of the wrist caused by frequent golfing. Was a little sceptical about trying a wrist brace but this really seems to help. It is comfortable to wear and does not hamper my grip of the club.
